Class Description: Are you ready for an energetic shift? Teacher Training at Red Diamond Yoga (RDY) features hands on experience with the vibrations of Artisan Gongs and Crystal Singing Bowls as well as wave drums, chimes, and other special sounds to create a meditative experience unlike any other. This class utilizes a multiple practitioner sonic immersion following a guided meditations and homework, practicum, where we will practice of sound vibration and energy.

For those interested in deepening their practice, supporting the sound movement at Red Diamond Yoga, and facilitating their own sound sessions wherever they are called – The 50 hour certification requirement after the 2 day workshop will allow a strengthening of skillsets to start one’s path as a sound facilitator

Following the immersion workshop – those who are looking to get certification with RDY will undergo supportive mentorship in order to maximize one’s talents, unlock potential, and activate the art of sound.

Immersion: A two day in person workshop open to all who are curious about exploring the world of sound and becoming an instrument of meditation and vibrational frequency.

WORKSHOP DAY 1 – SINGING BOWLS: FOUNDATIONS OF SOUND AND VIBRATION

WORKSHOP DAY 2 – GONGS: DEEPENING AWARENESS THROUGH SOUND MEDITATION

• In-depth dive into Gongs

• Physical Impact of Sound

• Sound & Energy Centers (Chakras)

MANDATORY SOUND BATH (AFTER TRAINING)

• Trainees will experience setting up the sound bath

• Live experience in public class setting

• Start activity hours for certification

Activation: After the two day workshop immersion, students will apply their newfound knowledge into real world experience conducting a sound bath for the public alongside RDY sound meditation lead facilitators.
