Sound Practitioner Neil Belen is back to bring us his healing and meditative sounds. Join us as we close out 2018 by celebrating your growth and challenges! Through group meditation, learn how to apply deepened awareness so that you can enhance your wellbeing and improve your environment. Expand your vision for 2019 and learn how to unlock abundance in your life. No previous meditation experience necessary. Everyone is welcome.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?
A Sound Bath is a meditative experience in which one surrenders to the sounds of the ancient gong and crystal bows in order to reach higher states of consciousness, relaxation, rejuvenation, and healing. Additional effects include lower blood pressure, increased clarity, release of anxiety, expanded awareness, unconditional love and gratitude.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
1. Bring water, yoga mats, pillow, blanket, eye mask, water, comfortable back support.
2. An open heart and mind.

ABOUT THE PRACTITIONER
Sound Bath practitioner Neil Belen is a visionary musician, album artisan, multimedia producer, inner engineer, and community cultivator, born and raised in Long Beach, California. With over a decade of experience in the worlds of music and art, his background in FM live broadcast and theater productions has lead to travels around the globe. Also, inspired by the constant awareness of seeing another in need of healing, Neil's upbringing around family in the medical field has inspired an innovative implementation of holistic healing and therapy in his creative collaborations. It is these endeavors that will encourage the well being of the self, which in turn inspire the well being of one another. With each turn to his hometown form international travels, he brings a new level of awareness to his being that he cannot help but radiate into his every day expression shared with community.

The South Pasadena Pain Relief Center is a chiropractic facility that is established by Dr. Michael Howell. We specialize in providing non-surgical and noninvasive spinal decompression treatments of serious lower back, leg and neck pain, combined with the use of our state of the art DRT Triton Spinal Decompression machine. About the Vision into Realization Workshops
The Vision Into Realization Workshops are inspired by the#movethecommunityseries, -events to promote and elevate the works of local movers, shakers, and creators from Los Angeles. Organized by Dr. Howell and his wife Rachel Cerdenio of If Good is Hungry, these events are sometimes FREE, or DONATION based and takes place at the South Pasadena Pain Relief Center. We believe that access to affordable healthcare and wellness resources is a right and the #movethecommunityseries is a way to give back to the the community. Without movement, physical, emotional, or mental, there is no change.
How do I get there?
From the 710, 110 or the 210 Freeways, go towards South Pasadena. Once there look for the BIG LOTS store on the corner of Fremont and Huntington Drive.
Where do I park? Is parking free?
There is plenty of FREE parking in the lot between the BIG LOTS and the dry cleaners. There is also free street parking in the front of our building 1445 Huntington Drive. After you park, walk towards the Fair Oaks Street sign. You will see 1445 which is our on your right. It is the smaller white building next to a taller one. We are located on the second floor in Suite 240. You may use the stairs or elevator to go up to the second floor.
